Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

All products sold through this store are made to order and fulfilled by Gelato, a third-party print-on-demand production partner.

We do not hold stock, print products, or handle shipping directly. Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to Gelato for production and fulfilment.

From that point, Gelato is responsible for:

• Printing the product

• Quality control during production

• Packaging and shipping

• Dispatching the order to the customer

Because each item is made to order, minor variations in print placement, colour, or finish may occur and are considered normal within print-on-demand production.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary depending on production time, location, and carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or external disruptions. However, if an order is significantly delayed or appears lost, we will work with Gelato to investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
